Policies for shipping within the United States:

• A $8.95 charge will be issued to your credit card to cover your shipping cost.

• Orders over $100 will be shipped free, complements of New Life Nutraceuticals.

• Orders that are placed cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect in the product.

• Orders that are not delivered to customer due to New Life Nutraceuticals error or lost in transit will be re-shipped at no additional charge.

• Orders that are not delivered to customer due to customer’s error will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

Policies for shipping outside the United States (International):

• Depending where shipped, a charge will be issued to your credit card to cover your shipping cost. If you want to find out how much the charge will be, contact New Life Nutraceuticals before placing your order.

• Upon importation by the customer agency of the desired country, the customer is responsible for paying any duties, fees or taxes.

• New Life Nutraceuticals, LLC is not responsible for delivery times, or shipments that are denied/delayed entry by customs.

• Orders that are placed cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect in the product. Orders that are denied entry by customs or refused by the customer will not be refunded.
